Chuck E Cheese's - Blaine

TL;DR Obnoxious and titled customers, burned employees, moderate overpriced pizza, no playground, will not be back. I haven't been with a Chuck E for decades. Since I myself am parents, we thought our son would love it. There were many games for him to play, and I don't think the games cost too much, I thought it was reasonable, even the food was reasonable, if not easy on the expensive side for what you get. The staff was good enough, and all the deficiencies of the staff are probably due to burning out of work in such a place. The actual negative aspect of our experience came from the other customers. When time came for us to put our underwhelming pizza in a to-go box and cash in our tickets, we had to wait an ABSURD time for the people before us to use their 50 cards on them to scratch everything they could. It started with a woman and then people I take that she hit us and go to disregard the time of others. Remove the card after the card from her pockets, undecided and seemingly blossoming from being inevitable. Honestly, our toddler had fun, but he had just as much fun looking for Pinecons in our farm and eating better pizzas that cost less at home. We parents hated being there.

I always went to the Blaine site and had a good time, but this last time could have been our last. I observe that a male employee goes to a fighting mother with 3 small children and she says that they can no longer sit at the table where they sat because he wanted to clean the table. This mother was shocked like everyone else? I could not believe that this level of rudeness and would prefer to try another location if this is the type of employees that the Blaine site employs.

Good place to bring your children. Try to be there at less obvious times if not to do with parties. Good variety of game options for all ages is beautiful. Games all seemed to work properly. Food will surprise you! Good pizza, but a little expensive.

Children had a lot of fun! The prices weren't crazy and the food was really pretty good. The coins and tickets are now replaced by electronic cards that allow gameplay for a certain time. Came here to celebrate a five-year birthday. It wasn't very crowded, but it was a Thursday night.

Great service from door to door. Visiting to play games and had a great time. Game play can be purchased by points or time. Staff are friendly and helpful, making for a smooth purchasing process. New updated games, zero were down for maintenace! Staff were professional and kind all while creating a fun environment. 10/10
