Had the pad Thai and the flavors were very good.A good value.
Pho noodles weren't freshly boiled, it stuck to the bottom in a clump just as it would if you ordered door dash. Meat was too chunky, also for the price you the portion is way too small. Additionally the toppings for pho were all old and dried and was packaged with a foil as if it was already pre packaged. I'm assuming they don't make the Pho fresh here. Customer service is just as bad, we asked for a box to go and the staff member just pointed us to the general direction of the boxes, we asked again when we couldn't find it again. All she could do was just finally stand up from her chair and point at it again.
The food can be good but the portions and prices feel like they are next to theft.For example $16 for a really small portion of grilled baby squid(with burnt tentacles.. I can go to my local supermarket and buy a pound of baby squid for $4.99 so they're probably only spending ¢50-$2 on the squid you payed 16 for. similar situation with most of their seafood.
We had ordered 7 phos for the 7 of us. And when we were done my brother went up to pay. He paid, but the server was making him tip too, without him and us knowing. We paid him 16% tip WITHOUT US KNOWING.
