Contribuiți la feedbackThe hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency is low, but this seems to be more related to the layout and access of the restaurant. Despite this, the price-performance ratio is excellent. The food is well cooked and beautifully presented in this local café. Located on the outskirts of an industrial area, it is not your typical London spot. Although there are no high chairs, it seems to cater more towards workers from the nearby industrial zone.
Nice eating friendly staff clean staff always happy good value for money happy new year for them and their family
My sister and I recently stumbled upon the Firefight Cafe and decided to stop in for a quick, inexpensive lunch. We placed our order over the phone and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! The ham, egg, and chips were tasty, the sausage, egg, and chips just as good, and the cheesy chips were a hit. We also had a couple of teas, and the bill came to only £13! The portions were generous and we felt it was a great value for the money. The atmosphere in the quaint cafe was lovely, and the two ladies working behind the counter were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to try more items from the menu.
This cafe, which is based in the messroom of the old Fire Station, the food is well cooked, tasty and very enjoyable, the staff are all very hospitable.
I had a burger and fries along with a Fanta at this restaurant last year, and it was fantastic. The coffee was also very good and the prices were cheap. It's a local spot that I highly recommend.
