Domino's Pizza - Blaenau Gwent

I went into Dominoes to order a Pizza . 3 staff, one making a Pizza, one cleaning and one making a list with a clipboard.. All 3 saw me standing there, all 3 ignored me. Staff member with clipboard came out to reception area,still ignored me and continued to make his list. Bad training ??? ,No customers and you won't need that clip board .

I enjoy my meal from Domino's, Delivery drivers are always polite. Ordering on line is easy and delivery is quick.

We had my stepson over tonight so thought we would have a treat night with pizza and films. I ordered our food online and paid through PayPal at half 8 in the night. By 10 it still wasn't here. We phoned domino's who told us they were busy. By 11 I had to send my boy to bed . We phoned the store maybe 30 times without any answer. I left my phone number and email address with them but no contact at all. Terrible service we never got our pizza even tho i paid for it via PayPal. Shocking

Pizza was full of hair spoke to them asked to collect and refund me and was told they couldn’t refund me for 3 days before they had confermation from head office ... spoke to a guy called Chris with a stinking attitude who just didn’t want to help will never go there again .

Terrible pizzas. Ordered extra cheese on both pizzas, no cheese hardly at all on them ; also not cooked cheese was hard, looked a mess, food all slid to one side to have the pizzas had nothing on them, really annoyed as the manager could only offer a refund if they collected the pizzas, no help at all, even took photos
