As always, the lady in deli was as rude as she is always with a spicy shower cap. She waited 20 minutes with her not to speak a single word to me, only so that she worked on the order after she had waited for something to cook. Enjoy every visit.
I'll take my service. I live at this point, so I am often at this point and usually have to talk to the person who has my order due to the fact that I have children and they are very peculiar. If you pay for your order, you should be able to catch a setting bc after specifics and the person who shouldn't even make it?t have to do their JOB. From the time I went on (THE SANDWICH LADY) and felt that she had to do my business. And she was very aggressive and rude, even though I had my children with me. And when I talked to her, she started singing rudely to block me. A little fyi this is not your company, even bringing this location, customers should not feel comfortable because a person. The other lady was super nice with the manager? Peter and all other employees. When she saw how I asked about him, she started watching me and laughing when she started talking about the situation. Super ignorant and very low. Was it time to do better with people? You'll get in if you want to expand your business. Hopefully someone doesn't feel the way they feel mad at me in this place.
Today I made a purchase at this Wawa and I thought I was overloaded in the register. (I bought some drinks that buy two for 2.50 sale. I left the store, so I called the store and Nikki Hickman helped me. Although I didn't have the reception, she could help me. She called me back in 15 minutes to confirm that I was not overloaded. It was a relief and pleasant to be helped so efficiently. I appreciate it because I didn't have to go back to the store.
The girl at the counter is not friendly at all. I get to the counter and say ?hi how are you? with a smile and she looks at me with a straight face. I ignore it. After I?m all rung up, I say ? thank you so much? and looks at me with another straight face. I don?t know how you work in customer service and you can?t have a simple manners.
