Keep It Shrimple - Blackwood

This restaurant is permanently closed, ...I couldn't tell by the info Yelp provided and I drove 20minutes out of the way for nothing...

The food was good overall, but my only complaint is that the shrimp in the second bucket was a little overcooked. However, the shrimp sauce was delicious!

We had reservations for 12:30pm. When we arrived they said they didn't open until 1pm. When we said we had reservations, they said sorry, none of our cooks are here. Terrible.

The management is terrible. They dismiss every negative review and avoid addressing the real concerns of customers. Rather than viewing bad reviews as constructive criticism and using them to improve, they remain closed-minded about the quality of their offerings.

I’m upset that I spent $72 and did not enjoy it. Didn’t even bother to ask for a refund because of the reviews. I dined in today and couldn’t finish my food, it was a full platter. My children got the chicken tenders for $15. Way over priced. After seeing the reviews while I was at the table, I know now why the restaurant is so empty. We were the only customers. You should alway be busy at dinner time if you offer “good” food. The fish wasn’t seasoned before it being breaded. I’m really not trying to be rude but I don’t see this place staying open for long there’s no way. The attitude towards customers, not having a solution, and not having tasty food is a huge problem in the food industry. Hope Gordon Ramsey could help out?
