Dunkin' - Blackwood

The food arrived quickly and was exactly as ordered. However, the person at the window who took my order could have provided better customer service. It felt like he was more focused on rushing me through the line than on addressing my needs.

12/23/21: This is a nicely renovated establishment. However, the service was slower than anticipated. While they had indoor dining and restrooms available, I expected a newly renovated place to be much cleaner.

The customer service was quite rude. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar, but the woman behind the counter seemed taken aback. I repeated my order clearly and also requested a bacon, egg, and cheese on a whole bagel, but instead, I received a whole bagel with cream cheese. This place could really benefit from having more staff who are courteous and can accurately fulfill orders.

Please rent people who understand English. This is by far the WORST dune in a 10 miles radius. I have to tell the family when they drive to Rt 42 to get coffee. Absolutely terrible.

It is so dirty, orders always wrong today was extra special bc there was an eyelash on our drink from someone who had their mask under the mouth. Just like everyone else in there who got in there. Trash
