Boston Market - Blackwood

Order the spicy nuggets because they looked amazing in the picture on the menu. They don't look like anything and taste terrible. you see and taste like jack left nugget ruck. The staff was friendly, potatoes were decent. would never get those nuggets again.

I go here because it was healthy options and the food was always good consistent. But this place went a bit downhill. Some of the pages sit clearly all day, they do not fill them again often too. If I want Veggies, I am usually left without a choice, but to get a page that is not so healthy. The grain bread was as hard as a rock. I think they're here too. Some improvements and this facility will help her to do a good business again.

The drive thru was not functional, they were occupied with a skeleton team and were by most of all at 4:00. When we were asked for a certain chicken sandwich, we said they didn't bother it that day. The whole food looked like it was eating all day and I had to ask for fresh potatoes. We were the only two people in the restaurant and when another customer tried to call in one order, the girl said they were too busy to take their order. I hope the owners know how their franchise is managed. Terrible?

I always loved Boston Market. My experience tonight has forced me to make this assessment. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I went on Mother's Day because the place I should go to did not exactly inform the cartridges of waiting times. I suggest we go to Boston Market instead. I'm more than happy. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was no waiting time. Staff went beyond and beyond to make our experience great. They brought our maize bread and butter to the table and answered the question of my family with respect. I recommend this Boston Market Location!

Doordash screwed up and delivered an Uber Eats order, then refused to rectify. I contacted Boston Market and they took care of it without hesitation. Nick was one of the two managers I spoke with. Awesome customer service. Very impressed with how these young men handled the situation. I will be back. Recommend these guys for some good homestyle food.
