Usa Pizza Wing Factory - Blackstone

I ordered delivery on a Wednesday and live less than five minutes from the restaurant, yet it took nearly an hour and a half for my order to arrive. I had ordered a medium veggie lovers pizza with bacon and a dozen mango habanero wings. Unfortunately, the pizza was lacking in vegetables, and the few that were on it were so finely chopped that they barely had any flavor. There was just one tiny piece of mushroom on a single slice, despite the pizza being advertised with mushrooms. The crust was so thin and flimsy that I couldn’t lift a slice from the box without using a utensil—forget about picking it up to eat! As for the wings, they were dry and overcooked, with only a light drizzle of sauce. I ended up having to throw them away. Given the high prices, the quality was quite disappointing. To top it off, the delivery driver didn’t even apologize for the long wait. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

I ordered wings and pizza, and both were outstanding! The Parmesan and garlic wings, along with the Cajun wings, were incredible! I also really loved the pizza—the crust is superb!

Excellent pizza, fantastic value, and outstanding service. The wings are also very tasty.

Sadly, the pizza had hardly any vegetables, and the few that were there were chopped so finely that they were nearly flavorless. We found only one tiny piece of mushroom on a single slice, despite the pizza being advertised as having mushrooms. The crust was so thin and flimsy that I couldn't lift a slice out of the box without using a utensil—it was impossible to pick it up. The wings were similarly disappointing; they were overcooked and barely had any sauce. I had to add my own sauce to make them edible. Given the high prices, this experience was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn’t even apologize for the delay. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again.

I had a quick service experience around 7 PM on a Saturday night. The restaurant wasn't very busy, although they were handling a few deliveries. I found their pizzas to be quite large—what they call a large seems more like an extra large to me, but I'm not complaining! I really appreciate the Italian seasoning they put on the dough before adding the toppings; it adds a wonderful depth of flavor. It's also great to know that they support military families and the troops.
