Pizza Hut - Blackstone

We are visiting from another state, and the automated system mistakenly transferred our order to a different location. After finally placing our order, the manager promptly called me to explain that they couldn’t fulfill it due to the late hour. However, she then spoke with her team, and everyone came together to help us complete our order. She went above and beyond to deliver our pizza right to the gate, even though the staff was eager to go home. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and employees, as she actively sought their input. The team was fantastic, and the pizza was exceptional. Other places nearby were turning away orders, so we especially appreciate the manager's hard work and dedication. Thank you, Mrs. Davita Jones!
