Panda Express - Blacksburg

Good food and good service. a special thanks to jimmy, he is great.

They forgot my drink, plattebox was not as pictured as light I guess they cost cutting while a premium charged. or I just got messed up. do not recommend.

Possibly the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. Absolutely trash service, takes about 30 minutes to get a plate without anyone in line and no one greets you or acknowledges you in line. I was just here and the person in front of me and i both walked out because of how long they took. If they do somehow take your order it's almost never what you want because they are always out of the entrees people order most often. This place sucks

Last three times I’ve been through the drive thru my order has been wrong. Becoming a consistent theme. In addition the food quality can vary a lot from visit to visit.

The automated drive-thru recording is unhelpful and misleading from the corporate side.
