The food was quite tasty, but I give it only one star because I don’t think the price is justified. Moreover, I could barely detect any "salted egg yolk" flavor. I know what it should taste like, and although it might have been ground and mixed with soy sauce, I just didn't taste it. It was nice to try, but I think I'll opt for something different next time. I still plan to return since this is the closest Dim Sum I can find in the area. Restaurants in San Francisco and Chicago are doing a much better job, but I have to adjust my expectations since this is just a small college town. However, for glutinous rice balls, I’ll definitely spend my money at Oasis next time. The frozen ones there, when boiled properly, are indistinguishable in quality.

The dumplings are delicious, but you'll definitely want to order more than one serving as part of a meal. Fortunately, the prices are reasonable, so it's worth getting several. Most of their business appears to be take-out, but that won't prevent you from finding a seat during lunchtime. The food is great, the service is quick, and it's a quality restaurant overall. I can't wait to return. See you in 2025!

The service was excellent, and the wait time was reasonable. Although it took a bit to navigate the menu screens and place our order, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was tasty and enjoyable.

Unless I'm woefully unaware, this is the only place in Blacksburg to get any type of soup dumpling experience. The dumplings don't have a lot (they're advertised as mini soupy dumplings) but they taste delicious! Absolute comfort food. I'm also a big fan of the pork buns, sesame noodles, shrimp dumplings and the sweet sour noodles. The fried dumplings are essentially gyoza very good, very delicious sauce. I haven't tried anything that I can say I dislike. Prices are VERY fair for a college town. Take out seems to be the main thing, but the inside of the shop is clean and cute. Employees are fairly friendly. I would love to see full sized soup dumplings and a cucumber salad that sticks around on the menu soon!

Affordable and good dumplings, but you might want to get more than one serving if you want to make it a meal.
