Kobe Japanese Express - Blacksburg

I order Kobe at least 2-3 times a week when I'm in town. It is a consistently good, semi-healthy meal that can be delivered directly to my office. The chicken is thin and tastes good in her hokie sauce. Steak lacks spices, but tastes good in the Hokie sauce. My favorite jobs: 1) Teriyaki Chicken with steamed white rice 2) Hokie Chicken with steamed white rice (picture) My only disadvantage is that their staff can sometimes be somewhat rude, but that has become better since the change of administration.

Consistently great food, cordial staff and nice ambience! Tuesday's usually my day for Kobe! Love their Ginger Tea (less sweet) and Earl Grey's implementation!

2019-07-30 Rate increases from four stars to five stars. Tried her Tonkotsu Udon, super tasty with affordable price. Will return there to try other noodle-soup combination soon. A place to enjoy Japanese Chinese-American mixed style fast food. Miso soup is available.

My favorite orders: 1) Teriyaki Chicken with steamed white rice 2) Hokie Chicken with steamed white rice (spicy) My only drawback is their staff can sometimes be a little rude, but that’s gotten better since the change in management.

I ordered the beef with a soup. Delicious and very favorable.
