Gaucho Brazilian Grille - Blacksburg

Blacksburg's best-kept secret has a lot to offer. The menu showcases the flavors of Brazil right in the NRV. An unassuming standout among Blacksburg's dining options, Gaucho delivers an incredible experience with its delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. My favorite dish is the Estrogonofe, featuring creamy beef stroganoff, the most flavorful, salty rice I've ever tasted, and wonderfully crispy potato chips. You won’t regret paying a visit!

The food was good, and the service was pleasant. We ordered two steaks; unfortunately, one was quite tough and difficult to cut, while the other was perfectly fine. Despite this, I would return because the menu offered some unique options.
