The Gurkha Buffet Restaurant, Bar

I visited the Gurkha Bar for the first time recently. I had made an online reservation for my wife and me, but it turned out to be for the day before by mistake. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was accommodating and quickly found us a lovely table. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly. They promptly cleared our plates once we finished. I've been to many buffet places before that prioritize quantity over quality, but I can confidently say that the Gurkha Bar on Waterloo Road in Blackpool is quite the opposite. It's great value for money, and I highly recommend it.

I had a table reserved for my mother's 60th birthday, and we all had a fantastic time! The staff was very helpful and friendly; they allowed me to place balloons on the table and even offered to put candles in the cakes and play "Happy Birthday" for her! The food was delicious, and even my 2-year-old enjoyed it! I would highly recommend The Gurkha, and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

The Ghurka is an Asian buffet restaurant offering all-you-can-eat options for £13.99 per adult, with a slight price increase on weekends. Every penny spent here is absolutely worth it. Be mindful, as there is a charge for leaving behind a lot of plates after your meal. The selection of appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts is incredible, with everything freshly prepared. The variety is truly impressive! Additionally, there is a good range of drinks available at the bar. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent service. The restrooms are clean, just like the rest of the restaurant. There's also an interesting corner dedicated to the history of the Ghurka regime, featuring photos, books, and various artifacts. While it's best to make a reservation due to the high volume of customers at the 5:30 opening, it's not strictly necessary. The restaurant is closed on Mondays but is open every other night. For those interested, there is also a hotel, a separate pub, and a beer garden area. It's definitely a place worth visiting for a unique experience.

Everything was fantastic, thanks. No big buffet, but the quality is very, very good. Have many tips of meat and vegetables basic dish. Everything was really fresh and delicious, definitely means that the chefs have good experiences. I like very much if the quality is more important, then the amount!!! Nice, friendly staff! Me and my mum were staying at Blackpool for the illuminations this weekend and found this wonderful little gem on trip advisor, we called to book in and they were very accommodating. Mum is a very fussy eater and she thoroughly enjoyed the meal with plenty to choose from. There was a wonderful selection and we were very pleased with the restaurant overall. The team were very friendly, efficient and discreet. The restaurant itself was very nicely decorated and had a lovely feel to it. Thank you all for a nice evening :
