Good service and good food. Perfect for guests staying at the Holiday Inn on Airport road in Jackson, Michigan.

The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet is not free but very reasonable. Dinner was also well priced and kids ate free at both times.

Checkin and check out went smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise randomly at 1am . The pool was small but appeared cleaned and cared for. They have a little umbrella like splash area for kids in there as well. I paid extra for the breakfast. Don’t it wasn’t worth. There was still 40 minutes left of breakfast and there was no waitress to be found and barely food outside of fruit. So i couldn’t have anything to drink (there is water in The lobby so i left tk fill my water) I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for a manager, maybe there was a large family that cleared out the food before we got there but it was a waste of $20 for me and my husband.

They had one waitress and one cook, and they were out of a lot of things, but it was great. ?

A hidden gem in Jackson! The food, especially the salmon, is amazing!
