Smokin' Gun Bbq - Blackfoot

This restaurant is a perfect pit stop on a road trip! Every dish was incredibly fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection.

This restaurant offers the best BBQ outside of Texas and even rivals southern BBQ. Their unique and delicious sauce complements the smoked cheese in the Mac. The owner is very friendly and the meat is delicious. The only dilemma was whether to use the sauce on the ribs, as they were already fantastic on their own, but the sauce was equally as good. It is definitely worth the drive from Idaho Falls or Pocatello.

I absolutely adored their excellent customer service and would highly suggest trying their outstanding pulled pork and grilled jalapeños, which are absolutely fantastic.

Update June 2024 still delicious and still our favorite BBQ. Nicest people run the business too! Definitely worth a try! The Double Barrell Sandwich was fire! I haven't had meat so well cooked. Everything from the pork to the brisket falls apart. The Home made fresh cut fries couldn't be better. I wish I would have come much earlier. Definitely on my list of places to come back to! Thank you all!
