Visited on Sunday 21st, very busy but can't complain, great service, amazing food and very friendly helpful staff, definitely worth a second visit when we are next in the area, as we travel from Staffordshire for this visit. Thank you

The food and service were excellent. Friendly staff. Seven of us went and had different meals all of which were delicious and large portions. Will definitely return.

Julie and her team went above and beyond to host the wake for my late father. On a freezing cold day the warm fires were most welcome. Enough lovely food to feed all our 140 or so family and friends. Staff were attentive and empathetic. Spacious yet cosy venue. Catered for gluten and dairy intolerant/allergens. Closed whole pub for our privacy which was much appreciated. Great communication with Julie during a difficult time. Great value for money and drink prices comparable to other local pubs. Thank you very much for looking after us.

A funeral tea. The food was excellent . The staff were kind helpful and empathetic. I've never been anywhere with such smiley thoughtful members of staff.

Visited butlers with family 3 adults 3 kids 2 dogs. We went for lunch after a beautiful walk in the countryside and finished at the pub. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was quite busy so I thought we might wait a while, that wasn't the case drinks came fast and food orders in. The lunch options were very good and I took to my first choice of a butlers club sandwich, having been let down in the past with other pubs version's of a club sandwich I was definitely a bit anxious hoping they wouldn't follow suit. Well let me just say I will be going back just for the club sandwich it was the best I have had. Aslo kids gobbled up every bit of their meals. Great experience all round and look forward to the next visit. Sorry I don't take picture of food.
