I go to Cooroy to go to Peter's. You can get a pot of real tea with tea leaves (if you're a tea drinker you know this is a rare thing). The pies are just amazing. A lamb shank pie and pies is just bliss....There's an option of seating inside or out. The outside tables are kind-of enclosed so you feel like you are not on the footpath, good for a bit of additional social distancing. The cakes also look to be home made, but I'm always too full. There are chips as well. The staff are awesome, helpful and friendly. An all-round country-town kind of cafe with the variety of good food options and friendly staff that is really rare these days.

I had a beautiful breakfast and coffee here, lovely staff so friendly.. Just curious is the staff are allowed to wear false nails as my servers weren't the nicest, overall a great experience would highly recommend.

Have always loved this cafe. The owner and his staff are good old fashioned hard workers, who care deeply about customer satisfaction (nothing is too much trouble) and are proud of the food they serve (and rightly so) Big country breakfast is great (homemade Rosti?...No one else would go to that extent! Yum) The pies have always been to die for, but more so nowadays. Lamb pie is amazing, full of rich gravy and tender meat, encased in flaky pastry that practically melts in your mouth (huge fan). Buttermilk pancakes are fluffy and delicious (I love mine with just butter and maple syrup (again yum) Eggs Benedict? Of course the chef makes his hollandaise from scratch! Dog friendly out front. My dog gives this place a “both paws up”. She says the bacon is to die for! Always friendly staff and always made to feel welcome and well looked after. Well worth the drive to Cooroy, just to come here for brekkie or lunch or brunch! Never disappoints, highly recommended.
