The Spa is world class, even when unexpected cancellations for services took place, Shiloh really took care of us and made our anniversary still feel personal despite the couples massage we couldn't do. Nora and Becky were also excellent in her treatment services, very personable and knowledgeable. The Buffet is a must do, our second time around to this reconfirmed how worth it it is for the value of lobster tail, crab legs, prime rib, etc.

Very nice hotel nestled in the mountains with gorgeous views! Fabulous rooms- very new and modern, gorgeous bathrooms!! Nice big pool with Amazing views where you can sit and relax with a beverage of your choice even if you don’t wanna swim! There isn’t a Whole lot for kids though since this is a casino hotel and no room service which was a bummer

I expected a beautiful romantic getaway for my girlfriend’s birthday. I paid a lot of money for a room with a sauna tub in it! My experience was horrible with this hotel. I stepped on a nail sticking out from the floor and was bleeding! I reported it to the lobby, the lady who helped me did not care I was hurt. She asked me if I wanted to report it I said yes. I also told her my experience at the hotel is horrible. She didn’t say nothing to comfort me. I never heard back from her and no one came to take my report. On top of that the elevators were broken it took us over an hour to get to our room due to this. We could not order room service and there was a note stating no service at this time. The water took forever to get hot in the tub and in the shower. It didn’t even get hot when it did. The fridge didn’t work. So we couldn’t keep our drinks cold. The room had censored lights. Even when turning off the censors the lights kept going on when we were sleeping! So I kept having to get up and turn them off!!!! I didn’t sleep very well because of this! When trying to go back to the room to grab my stuff and check out this was at 11:30am. My key didn’t work! It said expired so I had to go to the lobby and get a new key. There was a huge line!!!!! I finally check out late because of this! I am so disappointed! I paid a lot of money for this night with disappointment after disappointment!!!!! Even trying to order food from the restaurant they were sooo rude!!! I would never come back and would not recommend!!!!

This is where we typically stay, never again! After being on I70 for 4+ hours in the snow we attempted to book a room, being that this is the only pet friendly casino, sold out, okay fine, 1130 call their number about booking a reservation for 5/21/22, asking that at midnight (in 45 min) can we check in since we are stuck, they say yes absolutely, and that they would also put down we needed a pet room. Show up to the casino around 1230, front desk, rude! Says that our reservation states Saturday at 12am, ya exactly, it is currently Saturday the 21st, say nope, don 't have anything and to come back in the morning. Luckily we had a friend 's cabin not far and they were there. Call the next morning, tells us to come at 930am. Get there at 11, nope we have nothing for you, and especially not pet room available, umm we have paid and have a reservation, they say still we don 't have a pet room, manager comes over and says just put them in the back corner of one of the rooms, but then says we can 't check in until 230, 3 hours later.Oh and also, the lady from the night check in, literally said, you talked to our call center, they have no clue what 's going on umm then why are they allowed to talk to you regarding reservations? And then why don 't you allow to be directly dispatched through to the actual front desk at a specific location???Never again, oh and we didn 't even stay there, they booked us at the lady luck, their other casino, staff was rude about our dog, who did absolutely nothing, and we had a 2pm check out, came into our room a number of times to try and clean, there was no door sign for us to hang to say do not disturb, literally every 15 min they came in for 2 hours straight!Y 'all had better service in the midst of COVID 2 years ago! Downhill since!

We stayed for a night but everything was perfect. The staff were attentive and the facilities were extremely nice. It's worth going just for the food and live music but to get all the extras make it perfect get away for your special event. Plus no kids in the pool hours make it extra relaxed with refreshing drinksFood drinks: My wife and I couldn't stop stealing from each other's plates. Everything we tried was perfect. My steak was tender and juicy while my wife's french dip was if not one of best in the state.
