Well-built menu for the good Friday. The appetizers were beautiful and delicious, small soup offers really popped, small fish and sesame, seaweed salad was presented imaginatively in a small Asian basket. The first course of fresh tuna and feta was both excellently arranged and delicious. The main course of the grilled salmon was delicious on a basis of herbal corn potatoes. The dessert consisted of ice with ginger snap bits along with a stunning rhubarb tartlet covered by fresh strawberries and braided meringue dots. Wine pairings were carefully selected and well explained by the hostess. The rooms of the restaurant were fresh, but very stylish. I appreciated the friendly service.

An excellent menu, matching wines and an attentive service, our family dinner at Le Strasbourg was as always a perfect experience. We can highly recommend this beautiful and contemporary restaurant in the heart of Bitche. Thank you to the team!

Excellent meal with beautiful wine. Good service and nice room. Pricey, but good value equal.
