I had chosen this restaurant on the Internet, as we made a week in the Palatinate holiday. I had a table reserved for the evening. On the Internet I had made myself smart and read some reviews. I was very excited about what we would serve. After we had taken our seats, we received the beverage card and from a wide selection of wines and aperitifs we chose the liquid accompaniment of the evening. Since I have read a lot about the quality of the Octopus on the Internet, my choice was automatically on it. That was the best I've eaten so far. At the main steak of Angusrind, the impression continued on appetizers. The end of the evening was a fantastic mascara cream for me. The evening was also beautiful because you had the impression of being here from the front to the back. The lady of the house, together with her staff, was very concerned about the well-being of the guests, and I had the impression that this happened with much love and joy. Since the dishes were always freshly prepared, it was time to take care of the wine between the courses. At the end of the culinary part, the Lord of the House came to every table and wondered if everything went after the guests' ideas. I noticed that here is someone in the kitchen that really makes all the love for the product and its guests. The inclined reader can forgive my brotherhood, but everything in all was unforgettable for us this evening by the interplay of kitchen and guest service. When I come back to Bissersheim, I hope I can definitely sit there again.

Absolutely great location. In the garden you like to wear a little warmer, just to sit outside. Very personal care, and what comes on the plate or in the glass does not have to be compared. We haven't been here for the last time...

The Hammer`s are the hammer.....
