I’ve had some of the best smoothies ever at this place. They offer a wide variety of unique blends, and I haven't come across one that I didn't enjoy yet—my favorites are the “Green Man” and “Bad Medicine.” The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the service has always been friendly. I also agree with Sheldon’s earlier review about the music; the other day, they played “It Wasn’t Me” by Shaggy, which I really love.

In kind of a strange location but if you know Kirkwood Mall you can find it. This place has amazing health options, and very unique smoothie builds. There are vegan options, and they serve more than just smoothies! They have smoothie bowls with a little bit thicker yogurt, and the ingredients are beautifully built on top of the bowl instead of mixed in. They are also cheaper than I thought they'd be, with options ranging from 6-8 dollars. They offer sandwiches, they have a cute lounging area with a TV. Also, THE MUSIC IS AMAZING! Definitely recommend for anybody trying to break the monotony that is dining is Bismarck.
