Red Lobster - Bismarck

Red Lobster is hit and miss. This particular evening, we waited over an hour for our meal, and it was cooling off when we finally got it. The main thing for me is that it's 2000 miles or so from the nearest ocean, and if you've ever eaten fresh seafood, you can tell the difference. But the servers are wonderful. Jade S. was on top of it all evening.

I visited Red Lobster for the first time as a child, but I was too young to remember it, so this was essentially a new experience for me. I was impressed by the variety of food options and the presentation. However, the Orzo was quite dry and undercooked, so I won’t be ordering that again. Everything else, though, was excellent. I do feel that it's a bit pricey for regular dining, but I’m really glad I had the chance to try it. I left feeling happy and satisfied.

Stopped here for some lunch after a visit to Sandford health. What can we say, it's red lobster?? But for being in North Dakota, what do you expect. Our waitress Cinthia was fabulous and funny. Overall we had a good time and the food was decent.

We've been dining at Red Lobster for 30 years, and over time, we've noticed that as prices increase, the quality of customer service has declined. We used to enjoy our visits, but our recent experience was disappointing due to our waitress's poor attitude. The tea we ordered was not mango-flavored and had an awful taste, so we decided to exchange it for a different drink. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are customers who are also contributing to your wages. It's important to treat patrons with respect, and rolling your eyes at us is not acceptable.

Pleasantly surprised how amazing it was! The waitress was top notch, just cool as a cucumber. If ya closed your eyes you would think it was fresh caught.
