Paradiso Mexican Restaurant - Bismarck

So they have two vegan meats they supposedly make in house. I ordered the vegan steak fajitas. What I got wasn 't exactly what I ordered. Instead of a mock meat it was just sauteed vegetables (onion, squash, bell peppers, carrots and broccoli) seasoned with... Dill? I think? It wasn 't what I was expecting but it was delicious and I 'm grateful for the option for decent vegan food while visiting north Dakota. It wasn 't like the Mexican food I can get back home in Arizona but I didn 't expect that anyways. Still quite good and maybe they were just out of the mock meats. We have not been here in over 2 years simply because our daughter has Celiac Disease and finally tried them as our good friend told us they are trying to be gluten friendly. We love it! Oh how I have missed my seafood enchilada! It was still as delicious as I remembered! Service was fantastic as we always ask for Deidre as our server! My dear friend knows our situation with gluten and she keeps our daughter's food safe. Even on occasions Deidre was not there our server prompted a manager asap about our situation. Our daughter has not gotten sick eating their and I recommend all Celiac families or gluten intolerance families give it a try and if you can have Deidre be your server or alert management and staff up front. Thankful for another place we can eat as a family!

The food was amazing! I can not wait to go back. Drinks were fantastic as usual, great selection of flavors for the margaritas. The food was out very fast, our server was personable and on point. Will be back for more.

Service was excellent, food was delicious and piping hot, and we love the atmosphere here. Ted was a great server. He was personable, on top of refills, and memorized our orders which was super cool.
