Longhorn Steakhouse - Bismarck

The food was fantastic. The 6 oz. Filet medallion was cooked perfectly and had out of this world flavor. The fresh bread was a great compliment to the meal. The Service was as great as the food. Judy made sure we had everything we needed for a super dinner experience. I can't wait to go back there again.

Waitress was super slow for their only being eight people in the whole restaurant. There was more staff than guests and she still stood around and just gossiped with her coworkers. I ended up having to get up to ask for are drinks after we sat there for 45 minutes. Our food was delicious absolutely no complaints when it came to the food. We sat there for another 45 minutes just waiting for a ticket and once that didn't come I got up and asked her for it she still didn't come to pick it up so it would be paid so I took the ticket up and paid for it with a different waitress. I try to be very open-minded when it comes to wait staff due to me working in it for over 10 years however there was absolutely no exceptions for her. Just pure laziness

We've been on a quest for the best steak in the Bismarck area. I wasn't expecting much out of a chain. Boy was I wrong. We primarily do take out, but the times I've eaten there were very pleasant. It had a clean, quiet atmosphere and the prices are very fair. I try to give the positive and negatives in my reviews. But, there really were no negatives here. Wonderful food with diet friendly options on the menu makes this place a go-to for our family.

The service was as poor as the food. I have dubbed this the perkins of steakhouses. Maybe it was a bad day for everyone. Our waiter didn 't care much for what we had to say and assured me my steak would be delicious... which is wasn 't. Overcooked and over salted. And the parmesean crust that the waiter sold me on was awful. Literally melted cheese. Nothing crusted about it. My steamed broccoli was cold and tasteless. My macaroni definitely sat for awhile. My husband 's salmon was seared burnt on the bottom and inedible. They were out of rice for the salmon but offered no sub or discount. The bread was hard and the butter was cold and hard to spread. I wouldn 't eat here again based off this experience

Well.... We came here for dinner. We were seated quickly but righty behind the greeter station which wasn 't great as the greeter applied a perfume/fragrance a couple of times which was overpowering to us (trying to eat). The food WAS great....good portions, and priced how you 'd expect it to be. My partner loved the ribs her got and very very satisfied. I however did not know that the steak I ordered would be crusted in crushed peppercorns (I 'm allergic). I ate my salad and some of the bread that came to the table and my baked potato. I had to bring my steak home to wash it. Our server was very busy; as if she had checked back with us (after we 'd started our meal) I 'd have asked for a bowl of warm water (to wash the pepper off the steak). It 's a shame...
