Kfc - Bismarck

The wait for our meal wasn’t too long, but I noticed that other customers who had called in their orders were still waiting even after we had finished our meal. It was around 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday, and while we were eating, the staff started putting chairs upside down on tables all around us, even though the restaurant was open until 10. This was odd timing and made us uncomfortable, as if we were being rushed to leave. Additionally, two staff members were busy cleaning the dining room, even though it was neither messy nor busy at that time, which added to our confusion. To top it off, the KFC chicken we had didn’t seem fresh at all. It tasted like a completely different recipe, and even the coleslaw was off. If they’ve changed their recipe, it feels like it’s not really KFC anymore. Overall, I was not impressed with this experience.

The food here is great. However, I've noticed that every time I order a Mountain Dew, I see black specks in the drink. I'm not sure what it is, but it seems like their soda fountains could use a good cleaning.

I wouldn't recommend this place. My last few visits have been disappointing, and today was no exception. They didn't have the chicken sandwich I wanted, and the chicken strips I ended up with were stale. To top it off, the ranch dressing tasted expired. I'm not sure how this restaurant manages to stay open, but I won’t be returning.

I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got my meal, it didn't come with fries, even though it should have. I also saw seven people leave the line while I was waiting. I won't be dining there again.

I ordered the 8-piece meal with mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. When I got back to the hotel, I realized there were no plates, silverware, or napkins included. The staff member said we don't receive those unless we ask for them, and she wasn't very sincere or professional about it; it felt like she just didn't care. Because of this experience, I probably won't be returning to that KFC again.
