Had the house margarita. Actually 3 of them. Super weak. I can usually only drink 2. Couldn't taste tequila. Didn't even get a mild buzz. Waste of money. She didn't measure, just poured small amount.
Honestly best bartender ever I’m from Arizona and the assistant manager the best they had tv for me and the boys for Yankees game love it thanks so much Bismarck ND down town thanks soo much hope come back Buffalo Wild Wings help this guys out great services clean place fast and great place love it you guys got to check it out ur self
It disappoints me greatly to have to post this review, but at this point it feels like the community needs to know what to be on guard for when getting takeout from this BWW location on 3rd Street in Bismarck. At the end of July, my family ordered appetizers, sandwiches, and chicken wings for takeout from here. We did a quick check of the bag when we were in the parking lot, but it wasn't until we got home we discovered we didn't receive the appetizers or the fries that were supposed to come with the sandwiches (about $20 of missing food). No problem. Everyone makes mistakes. We call right away and are told a refund for the missing food will be processed to the credit card in 2 business days. Still no refund after 5 business days so we call back and are told it will actually be 7-10 business days. About 10 days later, our credit card is credited $4, vastly short of the food ordered but not received (not to mention the tip that was provided in anticipation of good service). We go into the restaurant to get this issue fully resolved and are told the General Manager, Brittany, will call us back the next day. No call or contact is received from anyone. We see in response to other Google reviews the request from the owner to fill out the form in the FAQ’s under ‘Orders Visits’ and get a message the next day indicating we will get a response within 2-4 business days later. We did that about two weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Sensing a theme? The original mistake of not including all of our items was not a big deal as I’m completely sympathetic to how hard it is out there for restaurant workers. What is unacceptable...the management of this store not promptly making it right without giving us the runaround. TL;DR CHECK AND OPEN EVERY BOX OF YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER IN THE STORE TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVED EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A FINANCIAL DONATION TO THE OWNERS.
I come here every once and awhile. Or order door dash. My order is usually correct which is good. But for a place that mainly serves chicken the quality is always a 1. If you've eaten at these locations you know what I'm talking about. I'll give a 3 because the staff is friendly and my order is usually correct. Just really bad quality.
