It would be 5! If it wasn't for the BOSS or OWNER of this place. This was my first visit to this restaurant. We were very happy with my mother and aunt from the moment we entered the restaurant. Each of the gentlemen serving us was very nice, friendly and helpful. We were served at the best level. Delicious food. Each of us ordered a different pork knuckle. Unfortunately, we were very disgusted by the behavior of the colorfully dressed OWNER ... who behaved reprehensibly towards her employees and in the presence of guests in the room. She yelled at the staff in the room. Which was AWESOME for us. Because the service and food are wonderful. It is a pity that the owner cannot appreciate this and does not carry out such conversations with her employees in the right way.

First visit to this restaurant. Delicious food, very nice service. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior towards employees is very inappropriate. Dinner ordered through the website in advance a few hours before. Unfortunately, the order was late. I tried to call several times and find out what the status of the order is, unfortunately to no avail. Arriving at the restaurant, I called the landline phone number and it was rejected (tragedy) As it turned out, the order was not fulfilled. If the staff showed a bit of good will and answered the phone, we would settle this matter much more gently and faster. I strongly advise against anyone who decides to go there or order online. The customer service at this place is very poor. The opinion about this restaurant will go further.
