I frequently visit this place to play darts with my son in the mornings, and the dart setup is excellent. I've never experienced the nightlife when it turns into a nightclub. The beer is outstanding; I enjoy Guinness, and I can confidently say it's the best pint in Bishop Auckland—on par with some of the best I've had worldwide. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

A great blend a modern/traditional pub. Good atmosphere and good beer also good gin, according to my other half). Wednesday night is open mic night hosted by Neil Gibson. Always an entertaining experience. Go on, give it a try. You'll not be disappointed.
