Our morning hike in the Hochrhönstrasse Heidelstein region was already a fantastic experience in the light blue sky, near the wind silence and temperatures around the freezing point. We drove the Holzberghof hunting lodge to the restaurant in Essen. Arrive: To this day the Holzberghof near Gastroguide. de was marked incorrectly in place by Bischofsheim. Service: Three service personnel were very attentive to the guests. Quick, friendly, unobtrusive and trained, their appearance must be described. If you want to criticize something, only the very different clothes of the DREI services will be preserved. The ESSEN: My wife ordered 1x Rumpsteak with homemade herbal butter, pommes and salad plate €16.80 For me I ordered 1x winter salad plate with beef fillets, cinnamon columns and beets €13.20. The mineral water 0.25 ltr was calculated at € 1.90 and my cut wheat costs € 3.00. If you remember the drivers among the guests, the mineral water was significantly too expensive compared to the wheat beer! Beverages, just like the two dishes, came fast despite Stossbetriebs and passed the first evaluation without a tadel. The rag steak of my wife was medium, as ordered, the herbal butters were almost too much, the pommes perfect and the salad rich in variety and provided with an excellent dressing. The presentation on the plate was visually appealing and tastefully my wife was full of praise. My winter salad plate was served on a large rectangular white porcelain plate. Four slices of fresh bread were added to two different varieties. Desiring with the excellent dressing was also a pleasure for consumption. It was not even necessary to mount the missing salt pepper mill at the table. The portions, also the dishes of the guests at neighboring tables, were generous and also satisfied visitors with more appetite. While we feed, the service was also asked if we were satisfied with everything. The requested invoice came quickly and was fully explained by the service. Finally, I would like to add that our four-legged friends, as far as they are well trained, are happy to participate in the guest room with fellows.
