Costa Coffee - Biscay Way

Located in the heart of parkgate this little Costa was fully stocked, plenty of seating inside and out and had really friendly staff. Me and my wife had the Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate and a muffin each. Both really tasty and an excellent addition to your menu!! My only issues are, not much of a view ,can't be helped, I know, so not a complaint) but I think costa should consider their rota as there seemed to be only two staff on and as costumers came in quite thick at one point there was a lot of pots out. Absolutely not the staffs fault at all as they were working double time to maintain customer control, but I feel 1 extra member of the team this review would have definitely been a 5*

Asked for a hot chocolate and got a luke warm one as the syrup did not melt into the nor did the cream on top.
