Old Bisbee Brewing Company

Came by again just before opening. The hostess let us in a few minutes early and took our order right away. I 've been alcohol-free for a while, so opted for root beer this time. Would you like a scoop of ice cream with that? the hostess asked. Why, yes! It was a nice treat on a hot afternoon. She even brought our order up to us on the sun deck.

I had heard great things about this brewery, so I finally decided to visit. It's a cool spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is small, but can comfortably accommodate parties of up to five people. Parking is limited, as is typical in the city of Bisbee. They offer a variety of great beers, and today I am enjoying the Salut, which comes in regular or with watermelon juice (watermelon salut). It's incredibly refreshing and delicious, a nice change from your typical beer. While it is technically considered a beer, it doesn't have the usual hoppy taste. The service was fantastic and very friendly, so I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

I am not a big drinker, but this restaurant was welcoming and had a great atmosphere. The staff were excellent and took our orders quickly. We ordered two cheers and two watermelon spritzers. They were so refreshing. I will definitely come back just for these drinks.

During my visit to Bisbee for a few days, I discovered this fantastic brewery. Although I typically prefer IPA, I decided to try something new and I'm happy I did. I sampled the Pilsner, Copper City Ale, and the Watermelon Salut, and was pleasantly surprised by each one. I usually don't enjoy Pilsner, but this one changed my mind! The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, allowing me to taste a few beers before selecting one for a full pint without any annoyance.

I was ignored went I first walked in and waited while 5 other people were served who arrived after me before I was finally asked what beer I wanted. The beer tender was very rude towards me, which honestly was surprising since I patiently waited for my opportunity to order. I sat outside and eventually ordered a brat from the beer tender outside who was way more approachable and nice. Overall disappointing experience.
