Dots Diner - Bisbee

The service wasn’t very friendly, and the food took longer to arrive than expected, especially since I was the only customer at the time. The portion sizes were smaller compared to nearby diners. My focaccia toast was dry, and no butter was provided. The bacon was crispy, and there was more bacon than home fries. Unfortunately, my nicely cooked eggs had red dye on them from a tissue that had been carelessly placed with the food, so I didn’t eat them.

The staff was friendly, and the laid-back outdoor setup next to the unique spot, The Shady Dell, added to a lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed a light lunch, opting for the grilled ham and cheese sandwich, which was made with delicious sourdough bread infused with jalapeños. The sandwich had a nice crispy grill, and the fries were well-seasoned and crispy too! The place was quite busy, which suggests their extended menu must be really good!

The fried chicken sandwich was perfect. The colas are made with real cane sugar and are exceptional. If you're looking for an authentic local experience, this is the place to be.

Great food at a decent cost. The surroundings are gorgeous, throwback to a different time in America. My only gripe is the food took half an hour to arrive. We probably would have gone somewhere else if we realized this.

You haven't lived until you eat here! Amazing food great staff and an amazing place to chill and unwind. Came for brunch and ended up a smoked pork belly sandwich that melted in my mouth. The sweet of the chutney and bite of cilantro was a perfect taste symphony. Definitely coming back
