Chapli not a chapli some flipping omlettes os some shirt. They used to have great chapli. Time 's gone. Who really knows what that spicing is hiding. Realising that already stacked with five of so dissapointed. Haven 't tried the spinach I got with the sneaky chaplis cannot rish a russian with serious skin disease going off back to prepare. Not a good place any longer. Yuck and muck, I tell ya.

We have been customers of Neelam's for many years but won't be back. Our last order was significantly smaller than usual, cold, 45 minutes late and Raw. We ordered chicken pakoras as a side and they were inedible uncooked and extremely spicy batter and we like spicy food! Very unhappy with our experience. Unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing problem so we'll take our money elsewhere.

Awful service food. The person serving clearly didn 't want me in the shop as it was 10:30 on a Sunday evening. Poor service, undercooked food when I rang to complain I was hung up on 3 times told my calls had been dropped because my number was private even though the lengths of the calls differed. This USED to be 1 of the best kebab places in Birmingham but its rapidly declined in the last 15 years. Such a shame!
