Disgusting service never using again, ordered via Ubereats and paid for priority delivery waited up to 45 minutes before calling the restaurant to cancel as it should of been 25 minutes for delivery. Male on the phone has no respect speaking to customers on the phone especially female customers!!, needs to learn some manners. Put the phone down on me and left the phone off the hook so I couldn’t contact them. Will be making a formal complaint and have complained to ubereats aswell

Ordered extra large pizza £11and large fries £3 for delivery been told it’s free delivery minimum order to get delivery is £10 and my order was £14. So delivery arrived and I noticed they sent me with medium size pizza and not the one I ordered I was not happy so I called the shop and told them they sent me wrong size pizza they replied because I ordered for delivery they reduced the size and charge me for extra for delivery. That is clearly cheating with customers. When you advertise free delivery over £10 and when it comes to order when charge them. I shall be reporting them to trading standards .

Ordered a bad boy pizza which is slightly a hot pizza and the service was great and the pizza was delicious perfectly cooked

Ordered a Pizza and Chicken Kebab. Took 2 hours for the order to arrive. The pizza was ok but the kebab wasnt what I'd have expected. It was just a few pieces of under cooked tasteless chicken thrown on top of fries, wasnt worth £3.99. Hopefully I wont get food poisoning!!! Tried caspian for a change. Usually use Big John's and based on this experience I'll go back to Big John's next time.

The best tasty pizzas in town, love the food at caspian. Quick service friendly staff and amazing pizzas.
