Excellent coffee and beautiful staff. high quality cake and service. we had 3 cappuccinos and 3 cakes that have improved our visit to birmingham will come back soon.

My brother in law booked us an afternoon tea for 4. Theres were no issues when we requested that all food was halal/vegetarian. We were each asked what flavour/type of tea we would like and sat at a “reserved” table. The tea came in individual pots which had approx 2 cups of tea in. The tea was served before the food so I was already half way through my 2nd cup when the food arrived and as there was no refills included, we found ourselves needing to ask for water. For the Afternoon Tea They served us a selection of sandwiches; salmon cream cheese, egg mayo, cucumber cream cheese, halal chicken sun dried tomatoes. All the sandwiches were nice and enjoyable except the chicken sun dried tomato i felt there was too much tomato and the chicken was a little dry. The scones were served with a selection of clotted cream, butter and strawberry jam (plenty of each). We each had a plain scone and a dried fruit scone. The scones were lovely, not dry at all, just a tad on the sweet side for me but otherwise delicious! For dessert we were given: strawberry mouse, chocolate mousse, blueberry, lemon custard tart, a raspberry chocolate tart and 2 macarons. I’m not a huge fan of macarons but my sister enjoyed them. The rest of the desserts were really tasty with just one criticism. The pastry on the tart shells was too soft for my liking, I would have preferred a nice robust short crust pastry. Overall an enjoyable Afternoon Tea with plenty of food to keep you full for a while!! There is also whole selection of delicious looking cakes, pastries and gelato to try!

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful café in Grand Central. The gelato was delicious, and the cakes on display looked absolutely tempting. The ambiance was lovely, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff were both professional and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of my visit. With reasonable prices, I will definitely be returning!

Caffe Concert offers a delightful experience for families! Their fantastic coffees, crafted by their lovely staff who served us with warm smiles, made our Sunday truly special. I highly recommend this place!

Afternoon tea is absolutely worth it! The customer service provided by Giuseppe (I might have spelled his name wrong) was excellent. The place was very clean, and the service, food presentation, and variety were fantastic! The safety measures in place were also reasonable. I recommend the afternoon tea for two at £27.50, and we added iced tea as it was exceptionally hot on the day of our visit. Would I revisit? Definitely! The highlights were the customer service, the flavor of the chutney and cheddar sandwich, the beautifully presented dishes, the fresh scones, and the open layout of the dining area, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed pace during our hour-long stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the salmon sandwich as they ran out, and we weren't fans of the mozzarella and pesto substitute (that was the only part of the meal we didn’t finish). Overall, I would rate this place a solid 4 out of 5!
