Ask Italian - Birmingham

I had booked a table, but it still wasn't ready even after waiting for 30 minutes. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Had to wait almost an hour when they said nothing of.open table on their database. it was a shame.

I was highly frustrated when our reservation for Valentine's dinner was canceled last minute due to issues with their booking system. We were unable to find another place to dine at, which ultimately ruined our Valentine's Day celebration.

The food was ok service was shocking. it took 1 hour to get the starter. we were told, however, that the bookings were made with open table ask. we complained them completely agreed that it was not acceptable despite the booking problems wavy bill. I will not book in future about open tables, but only use them to see time directly.

I have visited this restaurant a few times and have always been impressed. Despite being a chain, it has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. Thank you. We will definitely be visiting again the next time we are in Birmingham.
