Contribuiți la feedbackFood was burnt this is the nastiest hibachi I have ever had. Manager has really bad attitude. Tried to tell me that a medium steak doesn?t have pink in it that?s medium rare. Refused to give me a refund . All around just bad experience . Waiter was great though !!!!!
Horrible management. Called in order and was quoted 20 minutes but took a hour to receive. My order was wrong and the cook added extra to my order; the manager took it away and said it wasn?t authorized. It?s sad the cook values customer service more than the manager. If you want your time to be respected, your business to be valued and a great experience do not waste your time coming here. I?ve ignored multiple instances of bad service here and this one took the cake.
We chose to sit at a table instead of waiting 25 minutes for hibachi grill. It took 20 minutes to get soup and salad. 2 people in my party order a noodle bowl. They received it was finished before I received my order which was steak and shrimp. I had to ask my waitress twice why I didn?t have food. It took 45 minutes to get my plate. The party that came in and waited for the grill was seated and I could hear the chef at their table long before we received service. I
Food and service was good. The hibachi food is season which separates from others. Can't wait to come again.
It?s always nice, I don?t understand how it has an overall 2.5 star rating. Everything was cooked well and the portions were acceptable for the price. The only thing I would not recommend from my most previous dining experience is the Scallop Sashimi, it?s ok, not the best. The scallops have no taste and are an odd texture (much different than when they?re pan seared or grilled). I certainly think the prices should be a bit lower honestly but I would assume with the
