Steak-out Charbroiled Delivery

Order was made thru doordash, which was fast to supply. order cooked and made at steak was the worse meal I had in a long time. the order was wrong and steak was tasteless and well made when medium was rarely ordered. potato was dried and not prepared as ordered. when I was reimbursed for kartoffel at 4.00 a.m., steakout told me that I had to call and complain doordash. doordash didn't ruin my dinner. steakout. never again

We always had a good experience to get food from here. Today was very different. our order was very wrong, eating was hardly warm in tin foil packed and my man and I were both sick since eating a few hours ago with just one common thing, our evening meal.

A picture is worth a thousand words. My baked potatoes looked terrible when I cut into them. I will never go back again!

I ordered food from this restaurant over the phone and paid for it in advance. They said it would be delivered by 8:45, but it never arrived. I will not be ordering from there again.

Typically i understand being short due to covid but why is a place who advertises specifically delivery still open if you can’t deliver ten minutes away? not sure why i was refused service over the phone.
