Starbucks - Birmingham

Please change them to make latte without scaling the milk. it is not only this load, but a problem to most dietucks sites. Maybe the company wants to disinfect the milk or something, I don't know. what I know is that milk tastes overheated/cold/burned and smells a special one.

Coffee is good and baristas are knowledgeable, but getting in and out of this place is a nightmare… not bad enough to keep people from going down to Dunkin’, but still pretty bad.

No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which is poorly managed.

Little longer wait than necessary because of the vehicle in front of me and the window barista's hesitance to move them along. Coffee and cake pop were good though.

Decent location. Just plan on spending at least 20-25 minutes in line.
