Rojo Mexican Bistro - Birmingham

Our waiter was both funny and attentive. He assisted me in crafting the perfect custom margarita and was well-versed in the extensive tequila selection, which was impressive in itself. The full jalapeño appetizer was outstanding, featuring lobster cream cheese and incredibly fresh peppers! I ordered the beef enchiladas while my girlfriend went for the nachos. Both dishes were packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor.

I visited Rojo Bistro in Birmingham, MI for the first time on September 9, 2016, at 1:30 PM. Although I often go to the Partridge Creek Mall location in Shelby Township, this was my first experience at this spot. I ordered my favorite, the Chimichanga Platter, and I noticed that it seemed larger than what I remembered from before — I could only manage to eat about half of it. My server was a pleasant guy (I can’t recall his name), and he was attentive without being overbearing.

The food was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend this place!

I love this place! Tina, your amazing and such a sweetheart! Thank you for being so kind and such an outstanding manager. My best friend and I come here on Fiesta Thursdays and enjoy the appetizers! There's so much to say, but to keep it sweet, I love this place! ^ ^
