Kfc - Birmingham

I ordered a two-piece combo that included mashed potatoes and a drink. I expected to receive one white piece and one dark piece, but instead, I got two thighs. Additionally, they didn't provide any utensils for the mashed potatoes. I felt cheated paying $7.58 for just two thighs.

The pot pies were quite salty, but otherwise they were really good. I recommend asking the kitchen to use less salt.

I opted to get lunch from here today, but I encountered a small issue. I placed my order through the app for a quick pick-up, but I was informed that I still needed to go through the drive-thru. When I finally received my food, it was overcooked, so I had to return to have it corrected. The manager explained that they were out of fresh oil and had to keep filtering the old oil, but he made sure to fix the problem and ensure my meal was right.

None of you reading this were there to stop me. My Lil 2 pieces were drenched in oil. The horror!

Man im really mad The 2 women there now have attitudes and got my order wrong I asked for fries with my order I went back inside from the drive thru and told the lady she got smart with me and just told me basically what she wanted me to order didnt try tofix it just told me what i asked for i guess kfc will hire anyone these days I'm really mad I'll never go back to kfc and i dontappreciate you sharing ppl information to 3rd parties for experimenting and data collecting 8:35 p.m. 7/19/22
