Church's Chicken - Birmingham

Normally I do not go thru, but because dining room was closed...whom to drive thru... ordered food was cold chicken... if I say cold I mean cold... was said I would only be given fresh chicken to the same chicken refried... asked refund... never again...oh then there is no white meat and there are very few choices of pages to choose and there is only cash.

The food was great, but the customer service skills were below average. She talks to the staff while waiting for the customer and never turns off her drive. That's why we're always screaming. She screwed up the order by missing an item, but that's because it makes too many things at once. Everyone can't go. But the food was very fresh.

Saturday 14. May 2022 17:00 I ordered for my family and me. Peppers Corn was included. It wasn't there for a while, so I thought we should try again. I'm dissatisfied again. Above all the lady on the ride was not a good greeting) was already sounding as she did not want to be there. My sum was 34. After 15mins, I finally made it a window. I think she sat in a chair on the ride thru.) I picked up my food. My daughter noticed that corn and pepper were not in the pocket. We turned because of the pandemic that the public cannot go into the building, the doors are locked) so we are going to wait again. He put it in the window, told her what was missing. She said we are from peppers and corn you would like more chicken. No, I said I wanted my back for corn and paprika. She says we can't give any refunds here.? I feel like you should have told me before you charged me.

This use to be a really good church, but the last two times I was here was bad. The food isn't so great, is it? from many things, and they're so slow, how extremely slow!

After 15min in the drive through I appreciated still getting the macaroni since they've run out of containers but I thought it was my drink ????? They always say check your order but I saw 2 sandwiches a drink and thought the macaroni was under them oh well. No soda but I didn't need it anyway and she didnt charge. I get home there's no bacon on the sandwich but a lot of mayo and one was no mayo. Maybe the bacon was supposed to be bacon pieces but that's missing too. I call back the young lady says just come back but come in and bring the sandwiches okay. I get there and they take my sandwiches out and put bacon on them. Mam why did you need my sandwiches when you could have just given me bacon if that's what you were going to do. This is the thinnest bacon ever. What I got versus what I thought I was getting.
