Brooklyn Pizza And (birmingham, Michigan, 48009)

My family and I have really enjoyed coming to Brooklyn Pizza over the years. I like NY style pizza particularly wood oven baked kind and this is one of the best around for that. Definitely worth a visit.

Normally this is the BEST Pizza but my last two visits the pizza wasn't good. Last order was yesterday. Something is different with the crust

That Hell Boy/ hot honey pizza has no business being as good as it is! Drinks are pretty good too. Staff always friendly.

First time eating here, and I was definitely not disappointed! The pizza was fantastic, and if you've been to NYC and have had to brave the small but awesome pizzerias and the crowds, then this place will feel awfully familiar! Friday night at 730pm, the place was jumping! It's not a large place, so it can get tight l, but honestly, I felt it made the experience and the pizza that much better! You go in, step to the counter, tell or shout...in our case, it was super crowded and loud, so we shouted, the order to one of the gentlemen behind the counter and stand back and watch your order being made! They have a large menu, but don't worry if you can't choose... you can order slices! One of each kind if you like. I got one slice of the 3 mushrooms, 3 cheese, Margherita, and four cheese! I can see why they are faves and their signature slices. Each one tasted so fresh and different. My favorite was the Four Cheese! Melt in your mouth good, and the addition of the mascarpone cheese was a touch I never thought I needed until I had that slice of cheese pizza! Added such a silky smooth bite...it was good! I could go on all day, but the best advice I can give is to head to Birmingham and grab a slice or three for yourself! They also sell ice cream for a sweet treat!
