Pizza Workz Birkdale

I placed my order at around 5:30 PM and waited until 6:30 PM before I decided to call, as it was taking too long. They informed me that my order had never been placed, so I had to reorder. They promised me a free drink for the inconvenience. My food finally arrived at 7:30 PM, but the pizza was cold, and I didn't receive the promised free drink. I was absolutely shocked!

I can honestly say that the staff are fantastic—extremely polite and helpful. I had never ordered from Pizza Hut before, but I will definitely return for the excellent service and delicious food. Thank you, team Birkdale!

Ordered a pepperoni as part of a deal with a super supreme with anchovies. Waited, got my order, checked the receipt and headed home. Pepperoni had, literally, not one piece of pepperoni on it. It was just a soggy base, cheese and oil. It was inedible and a total balls up. So, oh well we can all share the remaining pizza and get some snacks or something to go around. Nope. Supreme was undercooked, half the pizza had no sauce the other side had some congealed goop I assume was supposed to be sauce. Anchovies were dry and fetid. A tonne of onion and not a lot else. Have had similar experience at this store and swore never to return. Alas I thought I’d give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN SO HELP ME GOD. @pizzahut shut ithat store down or hire staff worth a paycheck The fact when I google the store the marketing blurb “fresh delicious pizza” is the first thing I see just infuriates me more.
