Susieq's Breakfast And Lunch Cafe

The first thing I noticed when walking in is how big the cafe was. It was very open and had a lot of room just for customers. There are a lot of options for breakfast food, but you have to come early for the biscuits and gravy. The chocolate chip pancakes were some of the best I've had and leaves me more interested in trying some of the fancier options, like the cherry cheesecake pancakes. My wife had a custom scrambler and her face lit up when the plate was brought out. The potatoes for the home fries hash browns were made fresh, the cheese was not overwhelming, and the overall presentation separated it from all the bland Jimmy Dean-looking scramblers you'd get at a diner. I feel comfortable saying we'd like to return at some point when we're awake early enough for the buscuits and gravy.

Server was very polite and attentive. The service was good. The food was very tasty but a bit on the expensive side. The restaurant was clean, but the floor could use a good cleaning. I would recommend

A lovely little diner! my mother and father have been raving about the place since they first went there, and they said my sister and I absolutely had to go when we were home. Well, that family outing was Friday and it was as good as promised! My veggie omelet had every vegetable I could ask for, my father loved his stuffed peppers, and my mom and sister very much enjoyed their omelets and toast. Staff were very attentive and friendly, so I highly recommend patronizing the place

One word Horrible. We walked in and there were only two tables with people which was great at first. Our waitress came up and we ordered drinks , she brought them to us and then took our order. We sat and waited for 38 mins and nothing. The waitress served everyone around us. People even came up to the counter and ate there, had coffee and left before we were even acknowledged. Being 7 months pregnant I saw the reviews and was excited to try something new in a different restaurant but THIS service was ridiculous. Finally I gave up after finishing my juice and my kids finishing theirs and decided to leave. We called our waitress over who was servicing her fourth table since we had arrived and asked her to cut us a check for the drinks alone. When I got up I witnessed the cook dancing in the kitchen instead of cooking our food. Basically we Left hungry and very displeased. If you want to wait almost an hour for food, this place is PERFECT ??
