The atmosphere of the Mercure hotel (and Ibis) is very welcoming, the staff of all the services is very pro while being close and at the attention of the customer. Inter-service exchanges are still in a cordial atmosphere and have the ultimate goal of optimizing customer service. The hotel is very well maintained, the park between Ibis and the superb Mercure.
