Pak Steak House - Bingen

I missed my train and needed somewhere to go at 10pm while I awaited my ride home. So granted, I am feeling little pissy at Deutschbahn, keep in mind. Pak Steak House open late even in Sundays and I am thankful for shelter from the...cold, but the food was really, truly bad. The salad wasn’t crisp and the dressing was flavorless. And my Steak w/ Gorgonzola Sauce (which is usually one of my favorite dishes was scarily undercooked (think blood mixing with Gorgonzola sauce when I cut into it. I was gonna just grin and bear it (I can handle steak tartare—why not? but the sauce was so bland (tasted less like any kind of cheese and more like a saltless Cream/Flour roux. I rarely leave reviews, ya’ll, but this place is definitely a last resort as far as actual dining goes. The bar seemed friendly enough, but I’m not drinking tonight, so....I would have to be drunk to take another bite of that steak. Blech. Sorry dudes. The fries were good but my stomach was lurching over the cow mooing back at me from the plate. :

Very good food. Didn't have a steak but the Italian food there was plentiful and good. Service was also very good.

The President's House too late opened even in Sundays and I am grateful for protection from cold, but the food was really, really bad. The salad was not crunchy and the dressing was tasteless. Die Hygiene ist in meine Augen sehr fragwürdig, verdreckte Tische, Qualität des Essens ist Durchschnitt. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung

Die Einrichtung erinnert an die 70er/80er des letzten Jahrhunderts, angeboten wird italienische, deutsche, pakistanische Küche und Steaks. Da blicke einer durch. Jedenfalls war die Lasagne nur durchschnittlich, viel los war auch nicht. Offenbar liefern sie aber einiges außer Haus.
