Royal Gardenia - BILPIN

Food ordered a pie, it was burnt with no apologies from the staff and I was provided (begrudgingly) tomato sauce. Service customer service definitely needs work. Atmosphere besides a fantastic view there was no atmosphere in a very cold tin shed. The chairs are uncomfortable and the memorabilia could do with a good dusting. The toilet facilities were disgusting and there was only one for both male and female. Preserves I can purchase online from supplier (Beerenberg) or from the supermarket, so nothing was local. I cannot believe we stopped here twice to make sure we hadn't been there on a bad day both times the experience was the same. Very sad because there is potential particularly with the location and views.

For our Polish taste the pie here is simply amazing! Best cake we have ever eaten in Australia! We don't like cakes full of sugar where you cannot recognise the fruit inside, but in this place you can feel the full taste of the filling. Love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I LOVED my time here. I stopped by this great place on the way back from the blue mountains and was delighted at the friendly service from the owner. The food and coffee was also delicious!! The views were amazing and somewhere I’d love to come back to soon!
